So Friday I filed for temporary conservatorship ship of my sister and an ex-parte order against her father. The judge granted the requests! So I went to the school, put them on notice and took her out of school for the day, and brought her to my office.
Around 1 on Friday he was tipped off that he was about to be served. He called and left me an ugly voicemail (which I will be using in court on the 21st). Around 2, he tried calling my sister. She didnt answer and he didnt leave her a message. The rest of the afternoon was quiet.
Friday night we had caught him TWICE, going up and down our street in different vehicles with different people, pointing at where we live, so.. I called the police. They came out and took a report but unfortunately since he hadnt been served yet meant they couldnt do to much. But they did say they could get him for criminal trespassing. The sargent said that he will put the police department on notice that my area is to be heavily patrolled and he wanted an officer within 30 seconds of my house at all times.
My sister was really upset about everything so we decided to all go bowling. We had a great time and was out til 1:30am. So needless to say, we all slept really well but I was up at 7:30am and on the phone with my attorney since I had to report the incident to him.
As of Saturday at 1... they still couldnt find him to serve him so I did some research and found out where is brother lived. I called the processor and gave them the info and they had him served within 2 hours of our conversation.
He had to take a drug test this morning (hair and urine), that I know he would never pass. Im wondering what will happen when he doesnt pass...
